Description:

Ammunition types available to Clan Wolf military personnel and civilians in 3055 on New Dusseldorf.

Four main groups of armed personnel on New Dusseldorf are:
1) The Clan Wolf warrior caste.
2) Armed members (permitted and not-permitted to bear arms) of the lower clan castes.
3) The Dark Caste.
4) Elements of the Lyran population.

These ammunition types are available to ballistic weapons, excluding gauss weapons.

Military Ammunition
(pg 285)(Hit Location rules are not in effect, altering the damage code of Splash Damage (S) attacks as noted on pg 179. This has been factored into the codes below.

Regular Rounds

Regular ammunition, standard issue.

Armour Piercing Rounds

Armour piercing ammunition is issued for combatting armoured targets such as opposing military forces.

Military Grade Explosive Rounds
-1X / +1S
Explosive (targets X rating of M/B/E/X armour).

Flechette Rounds
-3B / +1S
Unavailable to Shotguns. Rarely issued due to ineffectiveness against any armour.

Incendiary Rounds
-1B / -1CS
Adds continuous/splash damage.

Civilian Ammunition

These rounds can threaten military grade armour. Armour piercing rounds are highly restricted on New Dusseldorf with severe penalties for civilians owning or using armour piercing rounds.

Civilian Grade Explosive Rounds

Explosive (targets X rating of M/B/E/X armour). On a fumble, weapon explosively misfires and delivers half AP/BD to attacker (the weapon is also destroyed).
These rounds can threaten military grade armour. Explosive rounds are highly restricted on New Dusseldorf with severe penalties for civilians owning or using explosive rounds.
